Emlak Konut Company, in cooperation with Turkish Airlines, announced the start of the first housing project in the Dursunköy-Arnavutköy district on the banks of the new Canal Istanbul and the opening of the draw for Turkish citizens with installments starting from 7,500 Turkish Lira, where the contract worth 2 billion and 157 million Turkish Lira, was signed with the executing construction company on May 29 to build 12,585 housing units and 450 commercial areas on a total space of 1 million m2 of the land half of which is owned by Emlak Konut GYO. It is worth mentioning that in 2018, Turkish President “Recep Tayyip Erdoğan” announced the construction of housing units in Dursunköy-Arnavutköy on the new Canal Istanbul road for the employees of Istanbul Third Airport, where 14,000 houses were planned to be built in stages, and at least 3,000 of them were sold to Turkish Airlines employees via draw.
