The Turkish Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change published on its official website the document
announcing the plan to reorganize the lands located in the Arnavutköy district under the provisions of Article 18 of the Architectural Division Law No. 3194, according to which it approved the request for the reconstruction of several lands in the Arnavutköy area, which is part of the new city “Yenişehir”
These lands are located in the first, second and third departments, where 3,750 housing units and another 23,500 housing units belonging to the government’s social housing project will be built.
This announcement constitutes a qualitative leap for the future of the Istanbul Canal project.
